Because our products are handmade, minor variations may occur between individual products. These variations are part of the handmade production process and do not necessarily constitute a defect.

Colors and images displayed on electronic screens may also vary from the appearance of the finished printed product.

Custom Orders & Customer-Submitted Content

Kindred Magnets allows customers to submit photographs, artwork, text, logos, designs, and other materials for use in creating customized products.

By submitting content to Kindred Magnets, you represent that you own the content or otherwise have the necessary rights, licenses, consents, or permissions to provide the content to us and authorize us to reproduce it for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

You are responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring that our use of that content to fulfill your order does not violate another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

You retain ownership of the photographs, artwork, and other original content you submit to us. Submission of content for an order does not transfer ownership of that content to Kindred Magnets.

You grant Kindred Magnets a limited right to use, reproduce, crop, resize, adjust, and otherwise process submitted content as reasonably necessary to create, fulfill, reproduce, replace, and deliver your requested products.

Customer Photos & Marketing

We will not use customer-submitted personal photographs or custom images for advertising, social media, promotional materials, or other public marketing purposes without permission from the customer.

If we would like to feature a customer's finished product or submitted content in our marketing, we will seek appropriate permission before doing so.

Granting or declining marketing permission will not affect your ability to purchase products from Kindred Magnets.

Prohibited Content

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order containing content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, infringes upon another person's rights, or otherwise cannot legally or appropriately be reproduced by our business.

If an order is canceled by Kindred Magnets before production for one of these reasons, we will determine the appropriate refund of amounts paid for the affected product.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Kindred Magnets name, logos, branding, original graphics, website content, product photography created by us, written copy, designs, and other original materials created by Kindred Magnets are owned by or licensed to Kindred Magnets LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Our content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, modified, or used for commercial purposes without our prior permission, except as permitted by law.

Customer-submitted photographs, artwork, logos, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Pricing & Payments

Product prices and available options may change from time to time without prior notice.

The price displayed at the time an order is placed, together with applicable shipping charges and taxes, will determine the amount charged for that order, subject to correction of obvious errors.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, product-description, or other errors and, when necessary, cancel and refund an affected order.

Payments made through our online store are processed using the payment methods available through our ecommerce platform and payment providers.

Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we are required to accept or fulfill it.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of product availability, pricing or technical errors, suspected fraud, prohibited customer-submitted content, inability to complete the requested customization, or other legitimate business reasons.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected and before the applicable products have been provided, we will issue an appropriate refund for the canceled portion of the order.

Shipping, Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Because many Kindred Magnets products are handmade and customized, magnet sales are generally final. Please review the applicable policies before placing an order for complete information regarding processing times, shipping, damaged products, replacements, and refunds.
