Shipping Policy

At Kindred Magnets, every order is handmade, prepared, and packaged with care. We want your magnets to arrive safely and make the shipping process as simple and transparent as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.

Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or the time your package spends in transit with USPS. Large orders, unusually high order volumes, or other special circumstances may require additional processing time. If we anticipate a significant delay with your order, we will make every effort to contact you.

Shipping Rates

We currently ship orders using USPS.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout through Shopify based on your order and the available USPS shipping rates. Your shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been completed and packaged, it will be shipped using the USPS shipping service selected or provided at checkout.

Any estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed by Kindred Magnets. Once a package has been accepted by USPS, delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has shipped.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order. Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to make corrections before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered fulfillment or been shipped.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to have the order shipped again.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Occasionally, packages may be delayed or lost while in the possession of the shipping carrier.

If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period or your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us. We will work with you to review the tracking information and, when appropriate, contact USPS or assist with the next steps.

If USPS confirms that a package has been lost in transit, Kindred Magnets will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include replacing the order.

Please note that a shipping delay does not necessarily mean that a package has been lost. We may need to allow additional time for USPS to complete delivery or investigate the shipment before a replacement or other resolution can be provided.

Packages Marked as Delivered

If USPS tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around your property, with members of your household or neighbors, and with your local USPS office.

Please contact us if you are still unable to locate your package. We will do our best to assist you; however, packages confirmed as delivered by USPS will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged Orders

We carefully package every Kindred Magnets order to help protect it during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number along with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will review the situation and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

Returns

Because our magnets are handmade and/or customized for each customer, all magnet sales are final and we do not accept returns on magnets.
